Rwanda is considered one of the fastest growing countries in Africa today. The country is now shedding its dark past and moving on towards the great frontiers of technology, economic strength, human rights awareness, and educational reform. Still, there’s much work to be done – particularly in the education sector. By focusing on education alone, organizations can make a real difference in Rwanda. Donated money can go a long way, especially if the right organization handles the process. One of the best organizations in Rwanda today is Connect Rwanda. This non-profit organization aims to create a long-term, successful Rwanda education assistance project – a stepping stone towards the country’s greatness.

Connect Rwanda believes in the power of education. Without proper education, Rwandans won’t get the best quality of life they truly deserve. Education improves knowledge, but it must be directed by people with pure hearts – people who truly care about the progress of Rwanda. Connect Rwanda is a new initiative, though its founder already has reliable experience when it comes to offering tremendous support. Approximately 3 years ago, the founder sent 5 teachers to Rwanda for six weeks. The goal: to further educate Rwandan students and help them shift towards modern educational standards. It was a successful endeavor, which will now be mirrored by Connect Rwanda.

Connect Rwanda made its key impact by improving the Internet speed of some Rwandan schools. With greater Internet speed, Rwandan students can gain access to reliable information quickly. Common Internet speed in Rwanda is 2G; in some schools, Connect Rwanda managed to raise the speed to 100G. This is an admirable feat, though more schools and establishments still need help.

Now, Connect Rwanda is moving quickly to reach more teachers and interested parties. Within the coming years, it’s expected that Connect Rwanda will make a sizable impact on the country’s educational progress.

If you’d like to see the real future of Rwanda, reach out to Connect Rwanda today. There are so many ways that you can help!
